And of course online coaching costs a lot of money. But, you are just starting out to make money online and don’t have much to spend yet. So  how would you find a  genuine free online money making mentor that can help you succeed in making money online?

There are a couple of ways you can find a mentor. Just do a quick search on Google, and you can find thousands of mentors and online coaches that teach people how to make money online. Most of them cost a fortune, which in some cases are worth it. Specially if the mentor is good at what he or she does and has been trough what you have going through now.

A mentor is great for helping you go through each step, and answering your question specially when you get stuck and feel like you can’t go any farther. And most importantly having a mentor helps you stay focused, and from time to time kicks you in the butt. Or gives you that little motivation that you need in order to get going.

But, unfortunately in many cases it’s a rip off! They charge you hundreds of dollars every month, and they don’t teach you any valuable thing that you can actually use. Most of them use the “mentor” status as a way to warm you up into buying their products. So you end up spending money instead of making it.

In my experience the best way to find an online money making coach or mentor is using online forums. Specially forums that are related to online money making. Now, there are two ways to for getting the coaching you need to succeed in making money online. One way would be to search and ask one of the trusted members of the forum to be your mentor. Interacting on forums allow you to get to know the members and their level of expertise and willingness to help. So you can find the best mentor for your situation. Some people would do it for free and some will charge you. In either case its your call.

Use the actual forum itself as your mentor
Another way is to use the forum itself as a mentor. Its’ like having hundreds of people as your mentor. Of course after a while being a member of a particular forum, you will come to know the members, and know who has more experience and expertise in areas you need help. In my case I use the famous Warrior Forum, which is the number one internet marketing forum as a way to learn everything and more that an online money making mentor would teach me.

Using a forum as a mentor doesn’t cost you any money, and I actually think forums can teach you much more valuable information than a mentor can(at least in most cases). It’s like having a group of mentors on call 24/7. Anytime you get stock and need answers, you can post your questions on the forum, and in most cases in just a couple of minuets you can get answers to your questions, even if its 3:00 AM. What other coach or mentor can do that?
